Companies are falling in the trap of emulating Google, Netflix, Spotify and Facebook’s engineering practices without understanding their evolution and how these practices will be adopted in the company’s own culture. These companies are doing grave injustice to their own Agile journey’s by just trying to copy others. Sometimes success stories are not templates for success.
If Agile is the way ahead then are we serious in evolving agile for our next generations?
What is a conflict? A difference of opinion, a difference in work styles, Or a difference in understanding? Could be all three or just something else.
The organizations are maturing from being an Agile driven organization to Organization with Agility.
